FABRICATION & PANEL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Renfrow Industrial is looking for a Fabrication & Panel Business Development Manager to grow our custom metal fabrication and UL-listed control panel business with industrial customers across the country.

This is a business development role for someone who can talk shop with engineers, work closely with our internal team, and close deals. If you understand fabrication and control panel work and have a track record of building relationships, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Build and nurture your pipeline
• Read drawings and specs and turn technical needs into winnable bids alongside our Estimating team
• Grow and retain accounts and become a trusted partner for fabrication and panel needs
• Represent Renfrow at trade shows and customer sites
• Keep your CRM current and your forecasts accurate

What You Bring

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in metal fabrication, control panels, or a related industrial manufacturing field
• Solid working knowledge of metal fabrication and control panel build processes, plus familiarity with ASME codes and UL 508A
• Ability to find and qualify new business
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated drive
• Comfort with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel to customers throughout the Southeast
• Nice to Have
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or marketing
• Existing contacts in the industrial, OEM, or process markets
• New-business-development experience in a job-shop or custom-fabrication environment

• Full-time, on-site in Wellford, SC
  Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
  Friday: 7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
  Travel as needed
